Terms and Conditions

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.


Warranty Information

Warranty Duration:

AL Raha Mattress offers a Limited Warranty of up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. (depending on the model and manufacture)

What is Covered:

This Limited Warranty covers the following instances:

Any physical flaw in the mattress causing the foam material to split or crack, given normal usage and proper handling.

Any manufacturing defect in the mattress cover such as fabric tearing or stitching unravelling.

What is Not Covered:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or any damage resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect.

Any claim by the purchaser regarding firmness, comfort preference, or mattress weight.

Damage to the mattress due to improper storage or transportation.

If the mattress has been used for commercial purposes, such as in a hotel or rental property.

Voiding the Warranty:

This warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:

If the mattress is not kept clean or is visibly dirty. Please note that cleanliness is determined by AL Raha Mattress discretion.

If there is any evidence of improper use or mishandling, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.

If the mattress is not used on a proper bed base or foundation that provides adequate support.

Making a Claim:

If a defect appears during the warranty period, the purchaser should contact alrahamattress.com with proof of purchase and detailed photos of the defect. Mattressland.ae reserves the right to determine whether claims are resulting from a manufacturing defect and not a result of misuse or mishandling.


Providing the warranty is solely at the discretion of the factory. Discontinued models might not be able to be repaired in some instances.

In such cases, we offer 50% credit on your original purchase or 40% discount on a new mattress, whichever is lower


Warranty can be claimed once per warranty period


It is the customer's responsibility to arrange his own sleeping arrangements if we take the mattress for repair. that can take up o 5 working days. While claiming the warranty, you may request a temporary mattress, which is provided free of cost if available. This is an optional service that we provide for customer satisfaction reasons, we are under no obligation to do so. If provided, the type of mattress might be completely different than the one being repaired



The responsibility of AL Raha Mattress for warranty claims is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. No transportation or shipping costs will be covered under this warranty.

Please remember that this warranty provides you with specific legal rights. It does not affect your statutory rights under the applicable UAE law.
